Well, welcome to the Human Race! I've felt it all and you're in the right place.
The Smooth Rock Meditation Project gently evolved out of 18 years of meditation practise and during that time, I started to notice that I stressed-less, WAY less, and then I noticed that my immune system seemed to strengthen, I had WAY fewer colds, AND I began to trust my intuition for making decisions. Then, when I realized that EVERYTHING, good and bad, was part of my learning journey,
it took the pressure off trying to be perfect.
Life became one GIANT classroom!
I have two wonderful grown daughters and I currently live and play in Toronto with my husband Mark. I’m an Ontario Certified Teacher, Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer and Connected Kids Meditation Tutor in training...see what I mean about learning?
Oh, and if you're asking, "What’s with the name SMOOTH ROCK MEDITATION PROJECT?" Well…it all started way back, with a rock collection, and then a rose quartz crystal and then...let’s just say I have a LOT of rocks!
